1. These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered by Royalen from time to time. Individual promotions may also have specific terms applicable to them, which will be stated within the relevant offer.

2. Each Bonus and Promotion has its own set of terms and conditions and individual requirements, if applicable. By activating a Bonus or Promotion, you confirm that you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

3. Royalen reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

3.1. Wagering with an active bonus where value, or part of a value, has been built up and subsequently converted to real money once the promotion has been completed or cancelled.

3.2. Frequently switching between games with different wagering contributions.

3.3. Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g. Martingale, D’Alembert).

3.4. Reducing bet size by more than 80% after a large win.

3.5. Betting on both outcomes in dual-result games (e.g. red/black in Roulette).

3.6. Using double-up features to inflate winnings followed by minimal wagering.

3.7. Targeting high RTP games to reduce the house edge.

3.8. Focusing on bonus rounds without progressing overall wagering.

3.9. Using automated, scripted, or assisted play to exploit bonuses.

3.10. Delaying any game round, including spins or bonus features.

4. You must not engage in any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage from a Bonus. Participation in Games must be strictly in a personal, non-professional capacity for recreational purposes only. Unfair advantage includes using Bonuses or Promotions without a commensurate level of real money transactions. Royalen reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and/or remove winnings if irregular gameplay is identified.

5. If Royalen has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bonus is being claimed more than once by the same person, or by a group of people acting in concert, Royalen may withdraw the availability of any Bonus, void any wager funded by the Bonus, and remove any associated winnings.

6. Bonus Rules:

6.1. All bonuses are added according to the UTC time zone.

6.2. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and free spin winnings must be wagered 40x.

6.3. Free Spins must be claimed within 1 day.

6.4. The wagering requirements must be completed in 3 days or the bonus will expire.

6.5. Unless otherwise stated, free spin winnings are capped at 300 EUR / 300 GBP or crypto currency equivalent.

6.6. Unless otherwise stated, bonus winnings are capped at 5,000 EUR / 5,000 GBP or crypto currency equivalent.

6.7. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a maximum bet of 5 EUR / 5 GBP or the equivalent in cryptocurrency during wagering.

6.8. Bonus winnings may only be withdrawn once wagering requirements are fully met. Real funds are wagered first, followed by bonus funds. If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is considered forfeited.

6.9. If a bonus expires before wagering is completed, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

6.10. Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.11. Bonuses are void when the bonus balance drops to 0.01 EUR / 0.01 GBP or less (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).

6.12. Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be stacked.

6.13. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses.

6.14. Withdrawal of bonus winnings may require identity and payment method verification.

8. Royalen reserves the right to confiscate any winnings obtained as a result of faulty bonus configuration, human error, or other errors beyond its control.

10. If you choose to close your account or self-exclude during an active promotional period, you will no longer be eligible to receive any prizes.

11. The player shall not hold Royalen liable for any issues, regardless of cause, including but not limited to technical malfunctions of networks, computer systems, hardware, software, traffic congestion, or any combination thereof.

12. Royalen reserves the right to modify or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the player’s responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
